Fast-Track Fabrication Drawings Delivered to a Tight Schedule

In the run-up to Christmas, Imagine Draughting Services delivered a Fast-Track fabrication drawings project for Total Solutions Group, supporting a complex and time-critical build.

The project involved bespoke “natural” tree branches fabricated from steel round tube of varying diameters, connected using a custom clamp system designed to suit site requirements. Due to the complexity of the steelwork, the drawings provided clear and accurate breakdowns for cutting and welding operations.

A key design requirement was achieving minimal butt joints, resulting in the majority of connections being designed as fishmouth joints, fully welded all round to ensure strength, accuracy and a high-quality finish.

Despite the tight timeframe, the project was delivered on time and to specification, demonstrating the reliability and efficiency of our Fast-Track CAD service.
