Predator Trailers – 2D to 3D CAD & Manufacturing Support

For the Predator Trailers project, we transformed existing 2D CAD (DWG) drawings into a fully detailed 3D model assembly using SolidWorks. By converting the original 2D data directly into 3D, we ensured accuracy, consistency, and a smooth transition from design to production.

Once the 3D assembly was completed, we developed a comprehensive set of manufacturing drawings, tailored for workshop and production use. This included DXF flat patterns for fabrication as well as formed views to support efficient shop-floor processes.

Using the same 3D model, we also created a series of high-quality rendered images for marketing purposes. These renders incorporated branding elements, logos, and decals, providing realistic visuals suitable for brochures, websites, and promotional materials.

This project highlights our ability to deliver a complete CAD-to-manufacturing workflow, combining technical precision with strong visual presentation.
