2D CAD Conversion Project – 66 Hawthorn Avenue, Oswaldtwistle

At Imagine Draughting Services, we recently completed a detailed 2D CAD Conversion project for a residential property located at 66 Hawthorn Avenue, Oswaldtwistle, Accrington (BB5 3AP). The brief required us to develop Building Regulation–style drawings for a planned dormer extension — transforming a basic hand sketch and a small selection of reference photos into a fully developed CAD layout.

The customer provided an initial concept sketch and on-site photos to communicate the planned extension. Our team then recreated the entire layout from scratch using our 2D CAD workflow, producing accurate and professionally formatted drawings that follow the structure and clarity expected in Building Regulation documentation.
